We want you to love your purchase from Prime Cell Euro.

• Change of Mind: Return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

• Faulty or Incorrect Items: Report within 30 days to support@primecelleuro.site with photos/video and order number.

• We provide a prepaid UK return label for confirmed faulty/incorrect items and cover return postage.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.
